DO YOU PAY BILLS FOR YOUR CLIENTS?
We do not pay bills or process checks on behalf of our clients. We are focused on maintaining the Quickbooks file on a monthly or quarterly basis. The small businesses we are looking to work with have their bills paid by the business owner or an office manager/assistant or they have most of their bills set up for auto-pay.
DO YOU SEND INVOICES ON BEHALF OF YOUR CLIENTS?
We do not send invoices to customers on behalf of our clients. The small businesses we are looking to work with usually still have the business owner sending out invoices so they can insure accuracy, timeliness and a level of customer service that works for them.
If you send your invoices out using Quickbooks Online, we will ensure that everything is being booked properly when we go in each month/quarter to perform your bookkeeping.
DO YOU FILE TAX RETURNS?
We do not file tax returns but our services do help the tax filer by providing clean and accurate financial information that they can use to file the tax return with confidence. We can coordinate with your CPA directly so that you don’t have to spend time sending them reports and answering their questions about your books.
If you are looking for someone to file your personal/business tax returns, I have multiple colleagues that are highly regarded that I can refer you to.
DO YOU OFFER PAYROLL SERVICES?
Not at this time. We recommend that small businesses go with a third-party payroll service since they are the experts and also offer cost-effective rates. We will input the payroll data into Quickbooks based on the payroll reports.
If you are looking for suggestions on a payroll provider, I have a few colleagues that I trust and recommend to my clients all the time. I would be happy to refer you to them!
DO YOU WORK IN ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE OTHER THAN QUICKBOOKS?
At this time we are solely focused on providing services through all Quickbooks Online versions (except Self-Employed) or Quickbooks Desktop for PC only.
